“Me and my wife had a dream of buying a home for years and finally we were able to do so and we found the home in Hampstead nh there where a lot of complications with our lender with taxes and other paperwork issues and if it wasn’t for carol we would not have been able to get this home she was able to insist to grant us over a month of extensions until finally the deal was done but there were many times that the seller wanted to back out of the deal but because of carols hard work and negotiation skills she was able to get the sellers to grant us three different extensions and we finally were able to close the deal I would highly recommend carol to anyone trying to purchase a home in New Hampshire as she is highly skilled agent and knows how to keep the deal alive even when in most cases we would have lost our dream home we can’t thank u enough carol your hard work and persistence paid off and me and my family were able to get the home we wanted instead of having to settle for less to anyone buying a home we highly recommend Carol Avery if u want an agent that will work hard for u and make sure that u close the deal after the accepted offer.thanks again carol we are more than greatful”
